in good and bad wheather conditions i documented an excavation project of the university of basel in francavilla marittima. my pictures will be shown in an exhibition next year in basel.

it was thomas hoepker, the famous magnum photographer, who once said “you take one, maybe two pictures a year”. this is my picture 2016. i took it on a quiet morning in portopollo, corsica. three wonderful women and one adonis.

my photographic film “new era” was shown on saturday at the arthaus cinema delphi in stuttgart after the fifth playtime where we have all been listening to “the cure – disintegration”

i was asked to hang some pictures i took with my fabulous arcaswiss rm3di large format camera on the stand of arcaswiss at the photokina in cologne. here they are. four pictures of the centro niemeyer in aviles/spain by architect oscar niemeyer and one brand new picture of monaco.
