not only photographers work in red light to have the best results. another project for the fluvial anthroposphere in upper franconia near the river wiesent.

i had the chance to accompany a campaign of the heidelberg centre for cultural heritage in trier at the roman bath barbara thermen.

the donaumoos between augsburg and ingolstadt is a very interesting region i haven’t been to before. i travelled there for the special priority project “fluvial anthroposphere” to take pictures of the work of several scientists. a little bit murky in february.

what remains is also interesting.

for the “institut für ur- und frühgeschichte und archäologie des mittelalters der eberhard karls universität schloß hohentübingen” i photographed hundreds of archaeological finds in their lovely photostudio. from ceramics to clay pipes, from stone artefacts to faiences, from glas pearls to iron finds and so on…

in good and bad wheather conditions i documented an excavation project of the university of basel in francavilla marittima. my pictures will be shown in an exhibition next year in basel.
